Agent terms & conditions

These terms apply to every agent, distributor and affiliate account with Fragrance Factory, a division of Arvida Brands. The current version is also shown in your business portal, where you are asked to accept it.

1. Approval

Accounts are approved at our discretion. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate identification and contact details.

2. Pricing and minimum orders

Trade prices are confidential and may change with notice. Minimum order quantities and starter-pack requirements are shown at checkout and in your portal.

3. Selling

You must sell at or near the recommended retail price, describe products honestly, and never claim that products are original designer fragrances.

4. Credit accounts

Credit limits are granted at our discretion. Amounts owed must be settled within the agreed terms; we may suspend ordering on overdue accounts.

5. Affiliates and referrals

Commission is credited on paid orders placed through your referral link and reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded. Self-referrals do not earn commission.

6. Brand use

Use only our approved marketing materials. Do not create websites, ads or social accounts that imply you are Fragrance Factory itself.

7. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
